Cisco is a worldwide technology leader, with over 71,000 employees worldwide. Cisco hardware, software, and service offerings enables people to connect, through internet solutions that make networks possible.
When Covid changed the way companies worked, Cisco needed to understand the impact it had across the globe. A comprehensive view was needed to dive their strategy as well as position Cisco as thought leaders in the new world of work.
Approach and methodology
Cisco partnered with Censuswide to explore workers’ current home broadband use and their expectations for the future, to create a ‘Broadband Index’ report.
Censuswide polled 13 questions to almost 60,000 workers across 30 countries, including the UK, US, India, China and Saudi Arabia to ascertain their views. The sample included respondents based in every region of each market, who either work full-time remotely; full-time in an office; hybrid or between home and the office.
